We know this Tosca B-flat well, having provided its overhaul and regular maintenance for many years, including just last year! This time, we gave it a clean, oiling and polish, including treating it with Doctor’s Wood Treatment. We then rechecked and adjusted every key fitting, spring tension, ring height and more, to ensure it plays to its fullest potential. Additionally, we replaced many of the pads.
The plating is in good condition with very slight wear on a few posts. Rice Clarinet Works previously performed a crack repair in the wood, which has remained closed and in good condition since. We have priced this clarinet to reflect the previous crack repair, but the rest of the wood is in excellent shape! And as with all of our refurbished clarinets, our work comes with a 1 year warranty.

Every clarinet is checked to make sure the following things are perfect:

- Pad Height Opening – Checked for proper venting (no stuffiness)
